joyous moment, a drawing, + a plan
100210: a + i worked on the plan for his werewolf costume for halloween.
for 100110: black and white, a spiral.
for 093010: there is a lot of news about bullying amongst teens. i am lucky to say that i often see the opposite of that. this time in my classroom was one of the most joyous and spontaneous experiences i ever witnessed in my classroom. two young men singing and dancing to the backstreet boys (yes, the entire cd) with a dust broom as the mic. sometimes sticking to the plan book must take a back seat. this was a far more important lesson that i never could have planned. i know that if you were there, you would have had happy little tears in your eyes. bless their awesome teen souls!
